The pros of vinyl siding

  • It is a budget-friendly option for every homeowner because it is less expensive compared to the fiber-cement siding which will cost you two to four times much.
  • You won’t have to spend money on painting it because it is already coated with different colors to choose from.

  • It has a great array of selection of different styles of texture and colors.
  • It helps in the process of insulating the house which can reduce the cost of the heating and cooling system.
  • It is durable compared to other siding materials. It can survive any harsh elements that may come.
  • And it is easy to install.

The cons of vinyl siding

  • Any moisture can’t be easily detected which can cause to mold infestation.
  • In a few years, the color will begin to fade because of the heat temperature, and that will make your home unappealing.
